A screen recording of a conversation between two friends recently went viral on the social networks, when a woman asked for help finding a job and ended up giving up after receiving a job offer from her friend.
At the beginning of the video, a woman, identified as Lorraine, asks her friend if she knows of any companies that are looking for new employees, as she would like to apply.

In response to the question, the friend, whose name was not revealed, replied that the company where she has worked for four years has open positions in the telemarketing area.
She clarifies that, unlike traditional companies, employees do not undertake obligations to sell products, but rather to request donations. That's when the game changed!
The unemployed friend promptly responded with a negative response, saying that the work was similar to slavery.

The employee of the company she was hiring tried to argue, explaining that the work was easy, with a workload of just six hours and a salary of almost R$1400.
However, the friend maintained her position, stating that working in telemarketing harmed people's mental health.
She further added that although you may be very good at what you do, if one day you don't get good results, you will soon start up. Therefore, I would rather be unemployed than work in telemarketing.
Still, the discussion continued for a while, with the friend trying to convince her that the position at the company was relatively good.
The unemployed woman remained firm in her decision to wait for another job opportunity, refusing the telemarketing position.
This generated divided opinions among internet users. Many questioned whether the woman really wanted to work or whether she had any trauma related to telemarketing.
The woman's attitude caused division in online opinions, but who are we to judge her?
