Contrary to what many people imagine, the network is not only available to Claro customers, but also to users of other operators. However, for users of other operators, there are some limitations on using free internet.
The available speed is lower, with a maximum download speed limited to 5 megabits per second. Additionally, customers will need to watch promotional videos to gain access to the network.
To access the Wi-Fi Clear, users should initially access the Wi-Fi tab on the device and search for the #NET-CLARO-WIFI network among the available options. Then, a screen will open in the browser, where the user must log in and choose between the available connection options.
Then, a form will open in which the user must fill in the requested information and create a password for their login. To use the internet for free, you will need to choose the “15 minutes” option. After selecting the package, Claro will provide a link to content advertising. The more promotional videos the user watches, the more free internet access they will have.
