According to Nubank's announcement, customers who choose to purchase tickets using NuPay will be able to pay the purchase in up to 24 installments. Furthermore, it will be possible to have an additional limit for the purchase, without it entering the regular limit of the credit card. However, this possibility will depend on the analysis and profile of each client.
This way, the purchase will be carried out normally in the Sympla system. The change will be in the payment confirmation, which will take place in the Nubank app. Another benefit of the partnership is the greater protection of data from the
NuPay was launched last year with the aim of facilitating digital payments and increasing the security of its customers' online purchases. Currently, the function is already available in more than 160 e-commerces, such as KaBuM!, Uber, iFood, Tok&Stok, ClickBus and several others.
In total, Nubank's functionality is present in more than 6 thousand establishments that have a Nubank corporate account. More than 22 million transactions have already been made with NuPay in 2023 alone, according to the fintech's most recent survey.
To pay via NuPay, simply choose from the options offered by the online store. If the consumer is making the purchase via cell phone, they will be automatically directed to the Nubank. If the purchase is made via computer, a notification will appear on the cell phone to complete the purchase.
Finally, the consumer must choose how they want to make the payment, whether it will be by debit or credit, selecting the number of installments they want. After checking the purchase details, enter the four-digit password to complete.
