__________________ does your backpack weigh?

How heavy is your backpack? If it's too heavy, it's time to remove unnecessary materials from it so you don't have any problems in the future.

Some physiotherapists teach that the ideal ratio between body weight and backpack weight should be no more than 10% of our total body weight. For example, if you weigh 35 kg, the weight of your backpack cannot exceed 3.5 kg.

Another important thing is how you carry the bag: the height has to be as close to shoulder height as possible, and it should be the size of your back. The wheeled backpack is a good option, but it must be pulled in the correct way, which is at the side of the body – to avoid rotation of the spine.
