The Race of Mr. Horse

Mr. Horse is in his pajamas on the bed, reading his favorite magazine. The magazine is all about horse racing. It's filled with photos and stories of the champions.
– What an exciting life for racehorses! - He mutters to himself, turning off the light and adjusting himself on the pillow. In a few moments, he falls asleep.
He dreams that he is a racehorse in the world championship.

Bang! The pistol fires, marking the exit. He canters as fast as he can, leaping over obstacles and puddles and listening to the other horses on his heels.
- Faster! Faster! - He screams.
The crowd is screaming and applauding.
– Come on, faster! - He screams to himself.
His heart races and his legs reach out to take long strides. He is out of breath, almost out of breath.
- This way! Now we just have to reach the finish line! – He exclaims, seeing her approaching towards him. Hoofs clatter on the race track.
He wins!
- Alive! - He screams. – I am the new World Champion in horse racing! - He falls out of bed with a crash.
– What a race! – He says, tangled up in his blanket.
- I won!
It feels like it's true.
