Children's party can't be missing from Brigadier, right? This typical Brazilian delicacy not only delights the little ones; we also love this candy. Adults love to make the brigadeiro version of spoon to taste this wonder!
However, after several spoonfuls, many people feel guilty about eating the countless calories that the Brigadier has. Of course, if consumed in moderation, there is no problem eating brigadeiro, but the hard part is eating only ONE!
However, in addition to those who feel guilty, there are those who have some type of intolerance to substances present in the brigadeiro and others who do not want to go off the diet, but do not give up a sweet.
