A book that has enchanted generations and generations around the world. This classic of Italian literature, first published in 1886, provides a journey in time to learn a little about the life of the people and especially the children of Italy in the century XIX. The book is a kind of student diary, written over the course of a school year at an elementary school, which allows you to immerse yourself in the culture of that country and learn about the habits, values and behavior of people in the 19th century. An extremely enriching and moving reading, which will provoke in the reader reflections on the similarities and differences in the relationships and human values, what got better, what got worse, what should be done to achieve the best of both worlds? In short, a reading that, done with an open heart and without losing sight of the time it was written, will certainly move.
