NAME:

Mr. Tico's Tower

– Today is tower day! – The snake Silvia exclaims when she wakes up. She gets dressed, drinks her coffee and runs away.
Mr. Tico, the park ranger, invited his friends to climb to the top of the observation tower. They go pedaling there and chatting.
- There it is! – Screams the hippopotamus Horacio.
The path leads to the tall wooden tower. Mr. Tico waves to them from high in the sky.

– Get up here! - He invites. – You have 200 steps to climb! Good luck!
The friends start to climb, laughing and joking.
When they reach the top, everyone is out of breath. Mr. Tico laughs. He climbs those steps every day.
- Wow! 'That's all they can say looking down from above.
– I can see the Big Island! - The zebra Zig shouts, pointing his telescope in the direction of the island.
– I can't see anything! - Silvia says, confused.
“Wait a minute,” Zig says. – Use my telescope!
– Isn't it wonderful up here? – She gets carried away.
– I still can't see much – Silvia complains.
Suddenly, Zig takes a look at Silvia.
– Of course not, Silvia! You forgot to put your glasses on this morning! - She laughs.
Silvia pats herself on the head.
– Jeez! I was in such a hurry to get here…
“You just need to come back another time,” laughs Mr. Tico.
– But with the glasses! – Friends shout together.
