NAME:

the cat and the crow

Chilly, the kitten watched the snow fall. He didn't like the winter, because the garden was all white: not a bird, not a flower, not even a fly!

Frozen, he was annoyed...

Suddenly, they hit the window. Knock, knock, knock. It was Dede, the crow.

- I can enter? - He asked. – I'm cold and hungry!

Friorento opened the window, and Dedé entered the kitchen.

'You don't need to be afraid,' Friorento reassured him. – I won't eat you. Here's some cake leftover and some milk.

“Thank you,” said the crow. – In the summer, I'll bring you some worms, they're delicious!

“I prefer rats,” said Friorento. – Anyway I thank you. I was alone, it was a pleasure to receive you. Come back tomorrow at the same time!

And since that day, the kitten and the crow have become great friends.
