In the kennel, two bitches barked about yesterday's race.
- I'm sick of running after that rag that smells of meat! – exclaimed the Fairy.
“Besides, when we catch up with him,” Eva continued, “they take it off us right away!
– As if we didn't know it's just bait!
- One what? – Eva asked.
Something fake that wants to pass for true - explained Fairy. – I really wanted to catch a real Hare!
- I doubt! - Said Eva.
At nightfall, the two ran across the field.

- It smells good of Hare. But where is she?
- There! – Eve barked.
The two dogs ran as fast as they could, but first thing in the morning, they came back exhausted and talking clumsily in the kennel.
- UFA! – You barely escaped! – sighed Mama Hare to her son Beto, back in the hole.
- No! – Beto replied, laughing. - I swung a bait for the two dogs while I was well hidden!
