Cassava (cassava or cassava) is one of the best known and most consumed foods in Brazil. It is a typical indigenous dish, being used in several recipes in almost all Brazilian regions. It is a food rich in fiber, vitamins and carbohydrates, which guarantees a lot of energy for our body. This tuberous root has properties that help increase the levels of serotonin (responsible for the feeling of well-being) in our brain.
Cassava, also known as cassava and cassava is a plant of the species Manihot Esculenta, which are part of more than 7000 species, found native in the southeastern region of the Amazon. It is cultivated in several tropical and subtropical regions of the world, as it is a plant with edible roots.
Tuberous roots are the most consumed parts of cassava, being considered an excellent carbohydrate source, vitamins and amounts of starch. These elements are essential for our body and for our health.
