There are people who cannot hear about cod liver oil. It's okay that in life there are things, let's say, tastier. But, in most cases, the bad impression is due to a childhood trauma, as mothers and grandmothers forced their offspring to send down their throats a few spoonfuls of that supplement. The justification was vague: "It's good." And swallow this one more: they were right. Especially with regard to intelligence. If they didn't really know about this benefit, today science explains it.
Of course, you don't need to resort to oil. As long as you add a few servings of fish to your diet, it's all right. Measurement is essential for keeping nothing less than the brain in shape.
