Justification:

There are facts in the world so special that they must be remembered. People mark these moments with a date. Therefore, on December 25th, Christmas is celebrated, with the purpose of celebrating the Royal Spirit of Christmas. We intend to conduct a series of activities that facilitate the acquisition and construction of knowledge of the Christmas traditions by the students in a participative, relaxed way, seeking to integrate the perspective of several areas.

Main goal:

Awaken in students the true meaning of Christmas through the participation of happy and spontaneous activities, emphasizing a festive, perceptive environment. solidarity and love of neighbor.

Specific objectives:

• Understand the meaning of Christmas;
• Identify the symbols of Christmas;
• Encourage socialization;
• Participate in activities involving stories, games and songs to awaken and clarify curiosities about Christmas;
• Produce artistic works, using the language of drawing, painting, collage, construction, developing taste, care and respect for the production and creation process;
• Promote and encourage oral language;
• Establish and expand social relationships;
• Encourage affection between children and teachers;
• Develop attention and creativity;
• Practice fine and broad motor coordination;
• Develop body expression;
• Play expressing emotions, feelings, thoughts, desires and needs;
• Develop reading by viewing pictures, videos;
• Produce text from the story of story time.

• Commemorative date – Christmas.
• Christmas symbols;
• Fine and broad motor skills;
• Graphic expressions: drawing, painting, assembly, collage, the notion of limits on the sheet;
• Graphics: connect and trace;
• Notion of quantity;
• Notion of time;
• Body language;
• Stories;
• Creativity, imagination and drama.
• Music and rhythm;
• Socialization;
• Text production.

Methodology:

• Informal conversation about the history of Christmas and its symbols;
• Presentation and activities with the symbols of Christmas (Bell, Garland, Nativity Scene, Santa Claus, Boots, Star, Balls, Reindeer, Angels);
• Decorate the room with Christmas motifs;
• Construction of a Christmas tree with pet bottles;
• Making a garland for the living room door;
• Construction of Christmas tree ornaments;
• Construction of a Nativity Scene for the living room;
• Music rehearsals and theater for the presentation;
• Making a card for the hidden friend;
• Secret friend;
• Graphics (activities: connecting and drawing);
• Paintings and Cutouts;
• Christmas songs: Bate o Bell, Happy Night, Children's Christmas, Merry Christmas, Good Old Man;
• Story time: Monica's little magic-class star, Hot Affections, Match Box;
• Scavenger hunts, games and rehearsal by a choir with the Children's Christmas song for presentation;
• Confection of accessories for the gymkhana;
• Get-together – Christmas party.

Culmination:

• Presentation of the song “Children's Christmas”.
• Closing party with the arrival of Santa Claus;
• Musical numbers and surprise distribution.

Assessment:

Assessment will be continuous, through daily observation of the child in the performance of their activities, in the relationship with peers and with the teacher.
