What happens to our body when we are dreaming?
Physically, the conditions in which dreams occur are quite antagonistic: while the body is relaxed, it is a moment of intense brain activity. During sleep, the eyes move uninterruptedly, as if seeing the experienced scenes. The rest of the body, in a defense mechanism, is completely relaxed (except in people who suffer from sleepwalking). According to the emotions experienced in the dream, sweating and changes in heart rate may occur.
