Children's Education Folklore Activities - Folk Games:
  • Yellow cow: the favorite among moms who want that moment of silence. Just sing the song and hope they take the silence seriously. Otherwise: "who speaks first like her b***“.Rock, paper and scissors: with their hands behind them, two repeat: rock, paper, scissors. When talking about “valendo”, each person chooses their format and points to the center of the wheel (of two people). So that you can understand: closed hand – stone; Open hand – paper; Hand with two fingers – scissors. Who wins? Stone beats scissors because it can break it. Scissors beats paper because you can cut it. Paper beats stone because it can roll it up.
  • marbles: colored glass balls used in group games, where one ball is thrown above the other (of the competitor).
  • kites (parrot): produced from a wooden stick (or bamboo) and colored tissue paper, kites are made to perform acrobatic maneuvers in the sky.
  • Top: It is usually made of wood and has a metallic tip. With a rope wrapped around the top, the person throws the object that makes several twirls.
  • slingshot: objects made of fork-shaped branches and rubber bands. They are used to shoot stones or any small object like grains.
  • figurines: small thematic letters in which children collect and exchange between them. There are some albums intended for collage. The stickers can be used in a popular game of “sticking the stickers”. In this case, they are gathered in a pile and the person knocks and the cards they turn over are theirs.
