Foods that are rich in vitamin C help prevent colds and flu. For example: orange, mandarin, pineapple, passion fruit, acerola and strawberry. The ideal is to eat two of these fruits a day.
Did you know that some foods also help prevent infections? This is the case with fish rich in the substance omega 3, such as salmon, tuna and sardines – you should consume them twice a week.
And, of course, include dark green leafy vegetables (arugula, watercress, and so on) in your daily menu. They're great for keeping infections away!
