Read the text below very carefully and then answer the questions:
On trips where there is a time difference between the origin and the destination, symptoms such as tiredness, difficulty concentrating, altered sleep and irritability may occur. This disorder, known as jet lag, is the result of the desynchronization between the biological clock and the local time zone.
to circumvent the jet lag, if you can, get used to the new times before traveling. Upon arrival, eat a little (prefer protein) and exercise.
If the destination is to the east – for example, Europe – adaptation is more difficult. Therefore, one should sleep and wake up earlier.
If the trip is to the west, as to Chile, the ideal is to sleep and wake up later.
If the stay is less than 48 hours, do not touch your watch.
