NAME:
The butterfly was a beauty, but she thought she was a beauty. She should at least be treated like the queen of butterflies, to make her feel satisfied. How vanity, my God!
She had no friends, for any moth that came close to her was giggled and scorned.
– What are you doing in my presence, creature? Can't you see that I'm more beautiful and elegant than you? She usually says, making herself very important.
Not even her family members escaped. She kept her own parents and siblings at bay, as if she hadn't been born naturally but had been sent straight from heaven. He treated them with great coldness, like someone doing a favor when there is no other remedy.
– Yes, you are beautiful, butterfly, but you do not know how to use this quality as you should. This will destroy her! A sage of the woods solemnly warned her.
The butterfly did not pay much attention to the words of the sage. But a slight uneasiness nestled in her heart. She respected that sage and feared he was right. But she soon forgot those thoughts and continued her usual attitude.
One day, the sage's prophecy was fulfilled. A smart little boy caught her alone flying through the woods. He found her magnificent and with his hammock he seized her. How sad it is to see the vain butterfly crossed by a pin, being part of the boy's collection!
Everyone gets what they deserve. It's no use blaming our mistakes on others, fate, God, or bad luck. Each is responsible for their own success or failure.

10) How about playing collection with the class? Think of something the class would like to collect in pairs: bottle caps, small dolls, pens, comic books, figurines, etc. Each pair will be in charge of decorating a box to deposit the selected items. The teacher determines the time (20 days, for example) for the pairs to get the objects. To encourage writing, the teacher should create a book titled "Collections" for each student to answer the following questions:
What's your name?
Which friend did you select to make the collection with you?
What object did you collect?
Why did you decide to collect this object?
Who helped to find the objects for the collection?
How many items were collected by the pair?
What are the colors of the objects you collect?
Is the object collected by the pair large or small?
Which pair in the room collected the biggest object in your opinion?
Which pair in the room collected the smallest object in your opinion?
Did your parents collect objects when they were little? Which are?
Do they collect something today?
Draw the object from your collection.
At the end, the class should create an exhibition of the collected objects and the “Collections” booklets. Good work!
