TEXT INTERPRETATION

Carrot cake.

Serves: approximately 8 people

Ingredients

• 3 medium carrots, grated and chopped;
• 3 eggs;
• 1 cup of oil;
• 2 cup of sugar;
• 2 cups of wheat flour;
• 1 tablespoon of baking powder;
• 1 pinch of salt;
• Butter for grease;
• Flour for sprinkling.

Preparation mode

1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender, adding the flour little by little.
2. Grease the round pan with the hole in the middle, pour the dough into it. Bake in a preheated medium oven for 40 minutes. Take it out of the oven, wait until it gets warm and unmold it.
