NAME:
THE WATER THAT MAKES OUR PLANET FORM OUR HYDROSPHERE, 3/4 OF ALL THAT WATER IS SALT. FRESH WATER IS FOUND IN RIVERS, LAKES, GLACIERS, WATER SHEETS AND THE ATMOSPHERE.
WATER IS ESSENTIAL FOR ALL LIFE ON OUR PLANET, IT IS FOUND IN SOLID, LIQUID AND GASEOUS STATES.
WATER DISTRIBUTION IN THE HYDROSPHERE:
HUMAN BEING USES FRESH WATER FOR VARIOUS PURPOSES, FOR EXAMPLE: FOR CONSUMPTION, FOR GENERATION OF ENERGY (BY MEANS OF HYDROELECTRIC PLANTS), FOR IRRIGATION, FOR BREEDING ANIMALS, IN FACTORIES, ETC.
WE MUST SAVE AND CONSERVE WATER, BECAUSE ONLY 1/4 OF ALL THE WATER ON THE PLANET IS FRESH. AND OF THIS WATER ONLY 1/3 IS ACCESSIBLE TO MAN, AND A GOOD PART OF IT IS ALREADY POLLUTED.
