jokes and riddles

Hippo Horacio's mother is reading him a book of jokes and riddles at bedtime.
– What runs but doesn't walk? - She reads.
Horacio frowns and thinks a lot.
– Hmmm, let me think. A turtle walks but does not run. So, this is the other way around.
– Still, it's a good try. But it's not an animal – Mom says, giving Horacio a little tip.
Horacio looks at the ceiling, as if he is waiting for an answer from heaven.

“This is even harder,” he says. - I quit.
Mom smiles and says:
– It's a river! A river is always running, but it doesn't.
– Hey, you're right! – smiles Horacio. He is planning to test the riddle with his little friends.
– Want to hear a joke now? - Mom asks.
- Of course! – smiles Horacio.
– What did one wall say to another?
Horacio looks at the walls of the room, trying to guess what they would like to say.
“I can't guess, Mom,” he says, really curious.
– Meet me in the corner! - Mom laughs.
Horacio laughs with his crazy hippopotamus laugh:
– Huuu, Ho-Ho-Ho-Ho! Huuu, Ho-Ho-Ho-Ho! – Now he has a riddle and a joke to tell his little friends. He gets excited!
