NAME:
Once upon a time there was a Pinheirinho born in the heart of the forest.
The golden rays of the sun caressed it and the breeze danced through its green branches. The dew moistened its roots and around it flowers and weeds grew.
– Be happy little pine! - The breeze murmured sweetly.
- Be happy! – The golden rays of the sun repeated.
But the little pine tree was not happy, he wanted to have big branches, and to be so tall that he could see the world from Above. The pine tree would like to know other lands.
Time has passed…Christmas has arrived!
A woodcutter entered the woods, looked at the pine tree and said:
- It's the most beautiful I'll cut it. - The pine was full of joy, but at the first blow fainted with pain.
When the pine tree woke up, it was in a beautiful room, decorated with golden threads, with balls of a thousand colors, hundreds of candles and, high above, a bright star.
It was Christmas Eve, children came and sang around Pinheirinho, how happy he was!
Many days went by and the ornaments were ripped off. they took the pine tree to a dark cellar, where it never saw the light of day again.
The pine tree then began to think about the forest, the rays of the sun, the breeze, the dew, the flowers and even the grasses.
