THE CARIJÓ CHICKEN

THE CARIJÓ CHICKEN WAS VERY PROUD. IT WAS THE FIRST TIME HE WENT OUT WITH HIS CHICKS.

CARIJÓ WALKING HIS CHICKS IN THE BACKYARD WHEN THUNDER appeared, A BIG AND ANGRY DOG. THUNDER WAS SOON MAKING AN UGLY FACE AND ADVANCEMENT UPON CARIJÓ.

BUT CARIJÓ, LIKE ALL MOTHERS, WAS NOT AFRAID TO PROTECT HER PUPPIES. SHE CROSSES ALL OVER AND WAS SOON PICKING AND PECKING MORE IN THUNDER.

THIS TIME, IT WAS THUNDER RUNNING FEARED.
