Check out this post several World Water Day Activities, ready to print and apply to early graders in the classroom or as a homework assignment.
We are going through a period when all the attention in the world is on the issue of water. An indispensable element for our life that is wasted every day in various places on the planet.
There are places in the world where there is not as much water abundance as we have in much of Brazil and for this reason it is worth mentioning the world water day. There are periods of extreme drought in the northeast that leave thousands of families in need due to water pollution and waste.

I was looking on the internet for some suggestions for World Water Day Activities and I found this beautiful song about water, by Uncle Marcelo.
The song talks about the importance of saving water and how it can be too little and too much on our planet, in addition to talking about the states of water. You can see the video about the song below, and after the video I put the lyrics to the song.
LYRICS AND MUSIC: UNCLE MARCELO
look at the water
to quench our thirst
to wet our house
to water our plants
to rain at dawn
if it's little, it's a drop
it's a drop, a tear
if it's too much it becomes a river, a waterfall, it becomes a lake, it becomes the sea
water that we have to save
look at the water
can be an ocean
can be a whole sea
it could be that bath
that I take in the shower
when it rains it turns into a cloud
and falls from the sky
when it falls on the ground
it's water to drink to take a shower to wash
water that we have to save
because if not one day it ends
and then what are we going to do if there is no water
because if not one day the fountain runs dry
and what will our life be like here on earth? (here on planet earth)
**This song is an integral part of Uncle Marcelo's group, authored by himself. Its use is released for educational purposes.
