We have gathered in this publication several suggestions for 5 Year Math Simulations, available for download at PDF for free.

These simulated are preparatory (Saeb/Brazil Mathematics Test) that prioritize the descriptors presented by the MEC.

Descriptors:

• D1 – Identify object location/movement on maps, sketches and other graphical representations.
• D2 – Identify common properties and differences between polyhedrons and round bodies, relating three-dimensional figures with their unfolding.
• D3 – Identify common properties and differences between two-dimensional figures by the number of sides, by types of angles.

• D5 – Recognize the conservation or modification of measures of the sides, perimeter, area under expansion and/or reduction of polygonal figures using gridded meshes.
• D6 – Estimate the measurement of quantities using conventional or non-conventional measurement units.
• D7 – Solve significant problems using standardized measurement units such as km/m/cm/mm/kg/g/mg/l/ml.
• D8 – Establish relationships between time measurement units.
• D9 – Establish relationships between the start and end time and/or the duration interval of an event or event.
• D10 – In a problem, establish exchanges between banknotes and coins of the Brazilian monetary system, depending on their values.
• D11 – Solve a problem involving the calculation of the perimeter of flat figures drawn in gridded meshes.
• D12 – Solve a problem involving the calculation or estimation of areas of flat figures, drawn on gridded meshes.
• D13 – Recognize and use features of the decimal numbering system, such as groupings and exchanges in base 10 and the positional value principle.

• D18 – Calculate the result of a multiplication or division of natural numbers.
• D19 - Solve problem with natural numbers, involving different meanings of addition or subtraction: join, change of an initial state (positive or negative), comparison and more than one transformation (positive or negative).
• D20 - Solve problem with natural numbers, involving different meanings of multiplication or division: comparative multiplication, idea of ​​proportionality, rectangular configuration and combinatorial.
• D21 – Identify different representations of the same rational number.
• D22 – Identify the location of rational numbers represented in decimal form on the number line.
• D23 – Solve the problem using the decimal writing of banknotes and coins of the Brazilian monetary system.
• D24 – Identify fraction as a representation that can be associated with different meanings.
• D25 – Solve problem with rational numbers expressed in decimal form involving different meanings of addition or subtraction.
• D26 – Solve problem involving notions of percentage (25%, 50%, 100%).
• D27 – Read information and data presented in tables.
• D28 – Read information and data presented in graphs (particularly in column graphs).

PART 01 – 5 Year Math Simulations to print (ProEB)

ProEB aims at continuing education stricto sensu of teachers working in the public basic education network, in accordance with the policy of the Ministry of Education - MEC, through support to higher education institutions (IES) or network of associated institutions in the country, responsible for the implementation and execution of courses with areas of concentration and themes directly linked to the improvement of Basic Education.

The purpose of PROEB is to improve the quality of teaching in Brazilian Public Basic Education schools, as:

• Promotes the continuing education of teachers in public education networks, at the postgraduate level stricto sensu, in the areas of Brazilian Basic Education;
• Establishes a national network to offer professional master's degree programs promoted by higher education institutions Brazilian public institutions with a notorious tradition in the area of ​​teacher education and who participate in the Open University System of the Brazil
• It values ​​the experiences arising from the teacher's practice while collaborating, through the work carried out, for the development of didactic materials and strategies that lead to the improvement of the learning performance of the students;
• It creates a network of reflection on the reality of Brazilian Public Basic Education, pointing out perspectives for changes and responses to the daily problems of schools and society.
