Easter Plays and Creative Dynamics for Family and School

One of the most anticipated commemorative dates by children is the Easter. To make this day even more fun both with the family or at school in the classroom, we have selected some tips and Easter pranks.

So let's liven up our Easter Sunday with these wonderful games and dynamics? To make the environment even more pleasant, how about listening to some Easter songs.

Easter Games - The Carrot Face

• Preparation: Each element receives a slice of carrot, which should be placed in the eye, with the head tilted back.

• Unwind: At the start of the game, each player, without using their hands, will try to bring the slice of carrot to their mouth, making movements with their eyes, mouth and nose. Each element that manages to eat the carrot will score a point.

Easter Plays - Nose Run

• Preparation: Divide the group into teams containing four to five children each. The children of each team are placed in a row behind a starting line. In front of each team there should be a chocolate egg for each child and a chalk circle about 50 cm in diameter apart about 4m.

• Unwind: Starting the game, the first student in each row leaves and must move one of the eggs to the inside of the circle touching it with his nose. The team that finishes first with all their eggs inside the circle wins.

Easter games at school: Hop… Hop… BUNNY

Preparation: The children stand in a circle and one of the players is chosen to start the game.

• Unwind: The chosen player will walk around the circle hitting the back of each of its components saying at each beat the word “hop”. It will continue like this until it chooses a player and when it hits him on the back he will say the word “bunny”. At this point he runs away and the chosen player runs after him. The first player will be safe if he manages to reach the spot occupied by his pursuer before it hits him on the back saying the word “hop”. If this happens the stalker will start the game again by spinning around the circle and hitting the back of each element saying the word “hop”. If the stalker manages to "catch" the other, he will return to his place and the child "caught" will repeat the actions again for a new round of the game...

Easter Plays at School: Where's the Bunny

• Preparation: This game is ideal for the start of the day when children arrive separately. A very small bunny is placed in a discreet but visible place.

• Unwind: As the children arrive in the environment, they are asked individually to look for the bunny.
  Each one should go out on the quest but when she finds the bunny she shouldn't show that, she should discreetly go out and tell the game animator that she found him. Proceed this way until everyone has found the bunny.

Easter Dynamics and Play at School

1 – Rabbit Jump

This game will require a lot of space. Then make a chalk mark on the floor and divide the class into teams. After the “already”, everyone will have to jump, like a bunny, to the finish line. The team representative who arrives first will win.

2 – Egg Hunt

Tell your children that during the night the bunny hid several eggs around the house. The child just needs to look. To make the game even more fun, glue the rabbit's footprints that can be made of paper to the floor. You can also use talcum powder and your fingers to simulate the pet's footprints.

3 – Paint eggs

Get the children together to paint the chicken eggs. Painted eggs can be given as gifts to grandparents and uncles. In order not to have too much dirt, it is better to work with eggs already cooked.

4 – Egg race

The child needs to pick up a hard-boiled egg, put a spoon in his mouth or hand, and run around balancing the egg. Whoever arrives first without dropping the egg is the big winner.

5 – Egg friend

It's like a secret friend, but Easter. In it, each participant must draw a paper with the name of another participant – and must not tell anyone who they are. On the day of the game, using tips, the others try to guess who it is. When this occurs, there is an exchange of Easter eggs. Who receives the egg is the next one who gives the tips, and so on.

6 – Bunny comes out of the woodwork

Distribute hula hoops on the floor. Each child must be inside a hula hoop. Whenever you yell, “bunny come out of the hole”, the kids should switch hula hoops. Whoever is left out has to wait for the next round. In each round you must take a hula hoop to make it difficult to play.

7 – The Rabbit's Tail

Draw a giant rabbit on cardboard and hang it on the wall. Then draw the rabbit's tail separately and tape the end of it. A blindfolded participant must put their tail in the right place, all this with everyone guessing and joking.

8- Egg bingo

Play this game as if it were a normal bingo. With the table in the shape of an egg and inside it the numbers. Each time you take a number, the child checks whether there is one or not. So when the kid binges all the numbers he's the big chocolate egg winner.

• To make the hunt more fun, say that there is a special egg, the Golden Egg, that whoever finds it will win a special prize. You choose the prize. Your task will just be to pack an egg in a different way so that everyone can identify the Golden Egg when it is found.

To make the game even more fun, make rabbit tracks on the ground. They can be made of paper and glued to the floor, bought in stickers or painted with ink.
• Egg friend – The game is like a traditional holiday secret friend. Each participant must take a paper with the name of another participant and exchange chocolate eggs on Easter Sunday.
• Rabbit jump - Make a chalk mark on the floor as a finishing point. After giving the signal, participants will have to jump like a rabbit to the mark. Whoever arrives first is the champion!
• Egg race - Ideally, it should be done in the backyard, so as not to make the house too dirty. Each child takes an egg and puts it in a spoon. The kids must run to a certain point holding the spoon in their mouth and balancing the egg. Whoever arrives first, without dropping, is the champion.
• mimicry – Draw Easter symbols on cardboard, cut out and place them in a basket. Each child must draw a drawing and mime so that other peers can try to guess.
• Bunny comes out of the woodwork - Distribute hula hoops on the floor and ask each child to stay inside one. Shout: "bunny come out of the hole"! All the little ones must change their hula hoop and whoever is left out, leaves the game. To work, each round you must pull a hula hoop.
