It is inevitable not to abuse the superlative when describing natural beauty. The places that focus on this work, when they cannot be qualified as the most beautiful and spectacular, are the most harmonious; animals, if not the fastest, are the rarest; and peoples and cultures are generally among the most primitive or the most interesting. It is, therefore, very easy to fall prey to undisguised pride when talking about one of our “heavens”.
