Aiming to spread the city's cultural legacy, Pindamonhangaba holds various traditional events throughout the year. Fairs, soirees, moonlight, theater, dance and presentations are part of this tasty folklore menu.
Since 2003, the city has also participated in the so-called Caminho da Fé. Religious tourism takes place through visits to places that express mystical feelings or ignite the faith, hope and charity of the faithful.
The city's gastronomy is also noteworthy for having mouth-watering typical dishes. The famous Afogado, Rice with Suã, Catfish with Pirão, Couscous Paulista, Quirerinha with Pork Rib, among others, they are part of a delicious menu that not only fills the stomach, but also the eyes.
