Brazilians love a barbecue with friends. But, unfortunately, it is undeniable that beef production is one of the most harmful to the environment. An indicator of such impact is that, to produce just one kilo of beef, almost 15,500 liters of water are consumed.
But that doesn't mean that it's necessary to cancel such a delicious event. It is possible to make changes to the menu that considerably ___________ this impact. Here's just one example: if a group of 30 friends who tend to barbecue a month reduce the amount of meat consumed at the event by half, replacing that amount of meat for the consumption of vegetables, a consumption of 1 million and two hundred thousand liters of water will be avoided - enough to meet the needs of a family of 4 people for 8 years and quite!
