NAME:

the nosy fox

Once upon a time there was an old fox who lived in the forest. She was too vain to have friends. No one liked her, as she intruded on everyone's life. Once, she thought about digging a tunnel near her lair. She dug the earth for a long time until she found an underground cave. And in the cave she came face to face with a dragon! The dragon asked the fox what she was doing in her house. The fox, very clever, said that he had gone to visit the dragon. The dragon said he was waiting for his brother to return, as he needed to protect the treasure while the dragon went to dinner.

When the dragon left, the fox quickly began digging for the treasure. Meanwhile, the dragon was hiding watching the fox. The dragon then came out of its hiding place. The fox tried to hide, but the dragon breathed fire and burned its tail. The fox ran fast to a lake to save its tail. Dipped its tail in the water, the fox realized how her intrusion, in the case of the dragon, almost cost him his life. She decided that she would never meddle in anyone's life again.
