Portuguese activity, aimed at eighth grade students, aims to study the simple guy. When is a subject simple? When just a noun, just a head, or just a word? Are you in doubt? So, answer the questions based on the text that tells us trivia about Venus. Did you know, for example, that it is the planet closest to the sun?

Read:
After Mercury, it is the closest planet to the Sun. Your year lasts 225 days. Venus has two curious things. The first is that it rotates in the same direction as clockwise. Only he and Uranus do that. The other planets rotate counterclockwise. Also, the day on Venus is very long: instead of 24 hours, it lasts 5800 hours! Scientists think Venus may have made a monumental hit with an asteroid millions of years ago. Therefore, it goes backwards around the Sun and hardly turns around itself. Venus is also very hot. The temperature on the planet is about 500 degrees Fahrenheit, enough heat to melt a lead bar, for example.
