It was discovered in Oceania, more precisely on the island of Ossevaolep, a primitive people, who walk upside down and have an organized life. They are apparently a happy people, with a very solid head and strong hands. Seeing everything upside down, he wastes no time, however, in refuting the normal view of the world. And what they say with their feet seems to be winged things, full of wisdom.
A commission of European and American scientists studies the language of these men and women and has yet to reach publishable conclusions.
