The cicada and the ants

On a beautiful winter day, the ants were going to great lengths to dry up their stores of wheat. After a downpour, the grains had become completely wet. Suddenly a cicada appears:

"Please, little ants, give me some wheat!" I'm damn hungry. I think I will die.

The ants stopped working, which was against their principles, and asked:

- But why? What did you do during the summer? Didn't you happen to remember to save food for the winter?

"To tell you the truth, I didn't have time," replied the cicada. 'I spent the summer singing!'

— Well… If you spent the summer singing, how about spending the winter dancing? said the ants, and went back to work laughing.

Moral: Lazy people get what they deserve.
