NAME:

the fearful turkey

Fat the turkey and Beautiful the rooster, they used to perch on the same tree. One day the fox saw them and came happily licking his lips with someone who says: “We have something to eat today!”.

Upon seeing her, the turkey is so startled that it barely falls from the tree. But the rooster only laughed, and since he knew that climbing the tree the fox didn't know, he closed his eyes and fell asleep.

The turkey, poor man, fearful as he was, trembled like a green stick and never took his eyes off his friend.

– I don't catch the rooster, but this turkey falls right into my lap…- the fox spoke to himself.

And he started making hideous faces, bucking, snoring and grinding his teeth, giving the impression of a mad fox. Poor turkey! More and more terrified, he never lost sight of a single one of those movements. Finally he stunned, fell off the branch and came to the teeth of the hungry fox.

– Stupid animal! - exclaimed the rooster waking up. He died from too much caution. So much attention was paid to the fox's actions, that there he went…

Prudence dictates not to pay too much attention to dangers.
