The Eagle can live for 70 years. Do you know why?
The Eagle is the bird that has the longest longevity of the species. She reaches 70 years old, but to reach that age, at 40, she has to make a serious decision.
It is at this stage of life that she has long and flexible nails, she can no longer grasp her prey on which she feeds. The elongated, pointed beak bends. Pointed against the chest are its wings, aged and heavy due to the thickness of the feathers, and flying is already so difficult...
The eagle then has two alternatives: die or face a painful renewal process that will last 150 days.
This renewal process consists of flying to the top of a mountain and nesting close to a wall where you don't need to fly.
After finding this place, the Eagle starts pulling his nails. When new nails start to grow, she starts pulling out the old feathers. And, just five months later, he leaves for the famous renewal flight and then lives for another 30 years.
In our life, we often have to take a break and begin a process of renewal.
In order for us to continue to fly a victory flight, we must let go of memories, customs and old habits that cause us pain.
Only freed from the weight of the past, we can enjoy the valuable result that renewal always brings us.
