How to make a hula hoop

Materials:

1.5 meter of hose;

Masking tape.

How to make:

Cut 1.5 meters of hose with the help of an adult. Tape the ends together, forming a circle. You can put rice, pebbles, bells and seeds inside before closing. The hula hoop helps develop your body's rhythm and balance. Put it on your waist and, to keep it spinning, you need to move your hips, like a roll. It is also possible to rotate it on other parts of the body: on the neck, arms and legs.

And then just roll over!!!
