Oops!

The snake Silvia was on the couch watching her favorite TV show. She soon starts laughing at the drawings. “I'm thirsty,” she thinks. "Mom is in the garden, but I can get something to drink myself."
Silvia goes to the fridge and gets some chocolate milk.
She pours it into a glass very carefully. Silvia goes back to the sofa and watches more cartoons. She slowly drinks the cold chocolate. A clown on TV makes her laugh out loud.
– Oops! – exclaims Silvia.

She tipped her glass when she laughed! The chocolate milk is all over the couch.
- Oh no! – she exclaims. So she runs into the kitchen.
- Fast! A cloth! – she hurries up. Silvia grabs a cloth and starts cleaning the sofa.
Mom hears all the noise and goes inside.
– Oh, Silvia! Our sofa! – Mom exclaims.
– Excuse me, Mom! – Silvia exclaims, still cleaning.
- You know you can't have drinks on the couch - Mom says angrily, starting to clean the chocolate too - That's why. We're going to have to wash the sofa cover now.
– I'll help wash it – Silvia whimpers – And I won't drink anything on the sofa again! – she promises.
“I'm sure you won't,” Mom says, smiling a little. “I know you'll remember this day.
Silvia hugs Mom. They start taking the cover off the sofa to wash it.
“The chocolate was so delicious!”, Silvia thinks.
