Mr. Ptero is having a cup of coffee in the cafeteria this morning. Aconchego, the soft-down puppy, is in her pen in the corner of the room.
– Hey, Aconchego, do you know how to whistle? – Mr. Ptero asks.
– Whistle! Whistle! – she chirps. Coziness has no idea what he's saying.
– No, I mean… do you know how to do this?
Mr. Ptero rounds his lips and blows out the air. A beautiful fluted sound surrounds the cafeteria.

– Psss! Psss! Psss! Psss! – Makes Aconchego, trying to whistle like Mr. Ptero.
“Not so hard, Aconchego, blow softly like that,” Mr. Ptero says.
– Fsss! Fsss! Fsss! Fsss! – blows Coziness.
“It's a little better, sweetie,” Mr. Ptero says.
– Keep trying and, in a short time, you will succeed.
The Frili penguin, Aconchego's father, approaches them.
“I'm glad you're teaching Aconchego to whistle,” he says. – We penguins can't sing beautiful songs like some other birds.
I hope Aconchego can at least whistle songs when she grows up.
– Foonc! Fooonc! Fooonc! – Coziness resonates.
Mr. Ptero is a little startled by the unpleasant sound, but quickly says:
– Keep trying, Coziness! You will get it! – He winks at Frili and whistles a beautiful melody.
Coziness claps his hands and laughs. Maybe one of these days, she can!
