Delfim Moreira

Delfim Moreira is located at the top of the Serra da Mantiqueira, offering visitors stunning landscapes, waterfalls, peaks and natural forests of Atlantic Forest and centenary araucarias.

The climate is mild in summer and, in winter, the city has already registered temperatures of up to minus six degrees Celsius, with morning frosts that transform the ground into a white carpet, contrasting with the blue of a clear sky and sunny.

Religious, popular and folk festivals, handicrafts, the plentiful and tasty cuisine of Minas Gerais, with emphasis on the traditional soup of quince and trout, reveal a cultural diversity based on the tradition of Minas Gerais and the faith of the people of Delphi, translating over 300 years of story.
