Showing off its 90 centimeters, the seriema has a crest formed by a tuft of feathers, about 10 centimeters long. And a curiosity: it is one of the few birds with eyelashes. It has another very striking characteristic. Its singing that works as a sixth sense. In the countryside, hearing the song of a seriema is a warning that rain is coming.
