getting ready to jump

“We'll see the villagers getting ready for the big jump into the water,” says Giro, the giraffe, to his friends.
They run to the dock. Mr. Horse is setting up a tent.
– What is this tent for? – Asks the snake Silvia.
– I don't want anyone to see my outfit until the last second! – Mr Horse smiles. – I really hope to win. It would be my first time!
Silvia nods, knowing how he feels.

There by the dock, the monkey Ivo is riding his catapult. She's too big to hide. Dino dinosaur asks:
– What are you going to throw this time, Ivo? I hope it's not green tomatoes.
– Shhh! This is a secret! – He answers with a mysterious air, continuing the assembly.
– Let's practice our walk again! – Giro says.
All the friends line up, with Giro in the lead.
They are laughing and jostling each other playfully. Spin takes the initiative.
- Left! Right! Left! Right! - He screams.
Everyone is on the march at the same pace, except for the hippopotamus Horacio, who uses the wrong leg every time. Then he trips and falls face down.
– Ah, Horacio! – Giro sighs, but Horacio laughs.
– How are we going to win this way? - Asks Giro.
