Since 2003, the 23rd of September is no longer just the beginning of spring: it is the National Ice Cream Day, a date instituted by ABIS – Associação Brasileira das Indústrias of Ice Cream, with the objective of stimulating the consumption of ice cream, valuing the nutritional composition of the product and its benefits.
