Book tells how this scary beast reached its maximum size
Have you ever felt anger? No? Fortunately. Ô darn feeling – looks like a monster! It is born very small, like all monsters, but it grows, grows and feeds on anything.
Everything irritates anger. She gets angry at someone talking, exercising, dating, having fun… It builds and swallows everything that can make someone happy. There comes a point when anger is so great, but so great, that it even changes its name: it becomes fury or anger. It's so huge, it can explode. Wow, so scary!
Thankfully, there's something that can calm this angry anger and clean up the damage it does. You know what it is?
