Read this recipe carefully:
Super creamy cake, made with cassava, coconut, coconut milk, cheese. Super delicious, great for breakfast or afternoon snack.
Ingredients
250g of butter
750g of sugar
7 eggs
250 g of cheese
2 kg of cassava
1 tablespoon of baking powder
200 ml of coconut milk
300 ml of whole milk
2 cups of grated coconut
Utensils:
Blender
drain
balance
bowl
Grate the cassava. Reserve.
Place eggs, sugar, milk, coconut milk, butter, and cheese in a blender. Hitting well.
Add the grated cassava little by little, beat well.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the grated coconut and yeast, mix.
Pour the mixture into a greased and floured baking tray.
Place in a preheated oven 180° for 40 minutes or until you insert a toothpick and it comes out clean.
Allow to cool and serve.
