Some mistakes when using the blender are extremely common and possibly you have already made one of them. However, after finishing reading this article, nothing to do those things, right?!
1. sharpen the blades
Over time, the blades may become less sharp, but never try to remove them to sharpen. Instead, a tip to keep the blades sharper for longer is to put some ice cubes to crush in the pulsar option.
2. Ignore the pulsar option
The pulse function is very important and you must use it! For example, if you intend to grind food, do not put the appliance on maximum function right away. Start by tapping the pulse, then move on to a more constant speed. This function is also very useful for eliminating food stuck in the blender.
3. Clean up improperly
If you think that the blender is a difficult appliance to clean, you are totally wrong. A simple tip to facilitate this process is the following: add water, ten drops of detergent and then press the “Pulse” button.
Mixing the water with the detergent will do the cleaning, as we mentioned earlier, the pulse function is great for cleaning the blender. When you turn it off, check that there are no food residues and, if left, repeat the process; then rinse and lay the parts out to dry.
4. Extrapolate the power of the device
As with any appliance, you need to respect the capacity of the blender. This goes for both the amount of food and the power, because if the power is low and the appliance is constantly overloaded (with too many ingredients at too high a speed), the motor may burn.
5. Place hot food on high heat
If your blender is made of plastic, you shouldn't put food at high temperatures under any circumstances. This can cause damage to the engine and compromise the performance of the device. Therefore, if the food is too hot, wait for it to cool down and only put it in later!
