With time increasingly consumed by different activities, it is common that there is no space left to think about more laborious and elaborate meals. Therefore, oven recipes are great allies for times when you want to vary in the kitchen, but don't want to be so busy or have little free time on your schedule.

Roast chicken with orange juice

See the ingredients and how to make roasted chicken.

Ingredients:

  • 8 pieces of chicken thigh;
  • 300 ml of orange juice;
  • 2 beef or chicken bouillon cubes

Method of preparation:

  1. Clean the chicken, remove the skin and season to taste. In the blender, add the orange juice and the broth in cubes and beat until smooth.
  2. In a baking dish, add the liquid over the chicken and let it rest for 30 minutes. Afterwards, place in a preheated oven at 200°C for 45 minutes. During the time, turn to bake both sides. When ready, serve.

roasted vegetables

To accompany rice, meat and chicken, this is a great choice.

Ingredients:

Choose vegetables of your choice. It can be carrots, corn, garlic, eggplant, beets, pumpkin, tomatoes, onions, peppers, chayote and whatever else is in your fridge.

  • 1 tablespoon (soup) of honey or sugar;
  • 1 tablespoon (soup) vinegar;
  • Salt, black pepper and paprika (to taste).

Way of doing:

  1. In a baking dish, add the vegetables. Mix the honey and vinegar in a glass, then pour over the vegetables. If you think the mixture is too little, you can double the amount.
  2. Season the vegetables with salt, black pepper and paprika. If desired, add other seasonings of your choice. Put the vegetables in the oven at 180°C and leave for about 30 minutes or until they are caramelized.

Who doesn't like french fries? This is an option more healthy for the beloved aperitif.

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams of potatoes cut into slices;
  • 1 liter of milk;
  • 300 grams of grated mozzarella cheese;
  • 200 grams of grated ham;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 50 grams of grated cheese (pack);
  • Butter (to taste)

Method of preparation:

  1. Let the potatoes boil in the milk until tender. Then grease a baking sheet with butter. Add a layer of potatoes, cheese and ham and repeat the process, as if it were a lasagna.
  2. On the last layer of cheese, add the grated cheese and bake at 180°C until the cheese melts and is golden on top. Serve while still hot.
