The film will be re-released in live-action directly on Disney's streaming platform
the animation The Lady and the Tramp, a 1955 classic, will get a live-action remake. The film will be directed by Charlie Bean (
just like in Mogli — The Wolf Boy (2016), The Lady and the Tramp will feature actors in human roles and the animals will be made by computer graphics. The remake will be released in 2019 and will not go to theaters, it will only be available on Disney streaming. There is still no exact date for the release of the film.
Other Disney movies have had live-action remakes: Cinderella, Beauty and the Beast and Mogli — The Wolf Boy. Later this year, there will be the launch of some live-actions, such as a warp in time, Christopher Robin, The Nutcracker and the Four Kingdoms and Mary Poppins returns. These should be launched, respectively, in March, August, November and December.
In addition to the film that tells the love story between the cocker spaniel Dama and the mutt Vagabundo, The Lion King and Aladdin and Dumbo are the other Disney remake promises for next year.
