1. Identifying Parkinson's disease
Researchers have published an AI that identifies Parkinson's. Experts prove that the disease is not something easy to discover, as many signs become evident only when the disease is advanced.
Neurological disease can be discovered by the patterns in which the person breathes while sleeping. In addition to identifying the disease, the system can also measure the severity and evaluate in cases of improvements. In 86% of cases, just one night's sleep is enough for the AI to identify the disease.

The AI makes use of a large arsenal of recordings of over 400 pigs. Thus, the researchers developed a kind of algorithm for artificial intelligence to identify the emotions that pigs feel. More than 7,000 audio recordings were useful in training the algorithm, making it reach the correct emotion 92% of the time.
