Ivo's leaky boat

Monkey Ivo loves his fishing boat. But he's stuck. His boat, full of water, is at the edge of the beach.
“I really need to plug this hole,” he thinks.
He enters the cold water, makes a small ball of paper and puts it in the hole.
– Hmm… It doesn't work. It's still full.
Ivo thinks for a moment and puts a piece of gum in his mouth. He chews, shivering in the cold water.
He takes the wet paper ball out of the hole, puts in the chewed gum, and waits.

– What bad luck. My boat is still full! – he complains.
Mr. Horse passes by.
– Going fishing? – he asks.
'No, I'm trying to fix the leak,' replies Ivo, 'nothing's working. I've already tried paper and gum, but my boat is still full of water.
“Oh, I see,” Mr. Horse says seriously. You know, plugging your boat won't empty your boat. Maybe if you remove the water first, you can stick a piece of wood in the hole and it will dry out.
– Hmm… – says Ivo.
He picks up his hat and starts to drain the water from the boat. But the more he takes it out, the more water enters the hole.
'I'll think of something later,' Ivo grumbles. And he goes home to warm up. Poor Ivo!
