Method of preparation:

  • Then take the preparation to the microwave at high power for 20 minutes. However, pause every five minutes to stir it up a bit. The sweet spot is thick cream;

Syrup

Ingredients:

  • 150 g of dried black plums;

Preparation:

  • Take another refractory container and put the sugar, plums, cloves and cinnamon, and then mix everything;
  • Soon after, take the preparation to the microwave at high power for approximately five minutes;
  • Wait for the syrup to cool down, remove the manjar from the fridge after four hours, unmold and pour the syrup over it;
  • Finally, serve this wonderful candy!

Observation: You can buy the plums in syrup, easily found in the supermarket. That way, you'll spend less time on the recipe. In addition, there are other syrup options that also go well with this delicacy, such as burnt coconut and mango syrup, for example. So use your creativity!
